1. No Return on Opened or Used Medicines

Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons:

• Opened, used, partially used, damaged, or tampered medicines cannot be returned or refunded

• Products with broken seals or altered packaging are strictly non-returnable

This policy is in accordance with pharmaceutical safety norms.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect found

• Expired product delivered

• Product damaged during transit

All requests are subject to verification by our quality and compliance team.

3. Time Limit for Raising a Request

• Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery

• Requests received after this period may not be accepted

4. Verification & Approval

To process your request, we may require:

• Order ID

• Clear images or video of the product

• Batch number and expiry details

Approval will be granted only after proper verification.

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Shipping, convenience, or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side

6. Replacement Policy

• In eligible cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund

• Replacement is subject to product availability and regulatory permissions

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Correctly delivered prescription medicines

• Products without original packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Free samples or promotional items

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted

• Approved cancellations will be refunded as per this policy

9. Important Safety Notice

• Medicines should be used only as prescribed by a qualified medical professional

• Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind, self-diagnosis, or dissatisfaction with expected results
